Stearns County Shoreland Workshop to be held on February 2

The Stearns County Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) and the Stearns County Environmental Services will be hosting the Stearns County Shoreland Workshop on February 2, 2023, at the Gorecki Conference Center at the College of St. Benedict campus.


The cost to attend is $30/person if registered by January 25th (price increases to $75 after January 25th). Lunch and refreshments are provided. To see agenda and register, download the registration form. Seating is limited; register early.


If you plan on excavating, landscaping, grading or hauling fill within the Shoreland areas of Stearns County, you are required to attend this training once every 2 years. You must obtain a license and $10,000 bond. Attendees who compete the workshop and submit a license and bond will be listed on the Stearns County Contractor List.
