For each item listed available for sale our best effort made to list accurate description, that being said you are responsible to verify the item is as expected prior to providing payment and receiving item. Items are used and sold as is, no returns or exchanges once you've paid for and received the item. Battery life can not be guarantied.  If you wish to bid on multiple units you will need to submit a separate form for each bid.

Bids must be at or above the Minimum Bid price listed for the item you are bidding on to the nearest cent in US dollars, ex: $125.55. Required taxes are INCLUDED in you bid price (your bid price will be total payment expected).

Upon end of bidding period, highest bidder will be notified and will have until advertised date to provide payment in the form of cash or check in person at the Stearns County  SWCD Office (110 2nd St S #128, Waite Park, MN 56387) during regular business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm). If not paid for in full by date/time listed item will be offered to individual with the next highest bid and your bid will be considered forfeit.
